Refund policy

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Size exchanges within the UAE are free, subject to stock.

International orders: returns are accepted within the same 14 days. Return postage is arranged and paid by the customer, and the original delivery fee is not refundable. Any customs charges are outside our control and are not refunded. International customers can return for a refund and reorder âs we cannot offer exchange shipping outside the UAE yet.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of the return arriving. If an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping wherever you are.
