Shipping policy

We ship from Dubai, worldwide. Every order is dispatched within 1–2 working days; the delivery windows below start from dispatch. The exact fee for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

UAE — next-day: free on every order, with no minimum. Available across all seven emirates.

GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait): AED 50, free on orders over AED 400. Typically 3–5 working days.

Rest of the world: AED 80. Typically 7–14 working days, depending on destination and customs.

Orders delivered outside the UAE may be subject to import duties or local taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery fees and are payable by the recipient on or before delivery.

We do not offer cash on delivery — payment is by major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets at checkout. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.
